What Wattage Receiver do i need (synergy 3)

I have the Klipsch Synergy 3 series 7.1 Surround
F-3 x2
C-3
S-3 x2
B-3 x2
Sub 12"

F-3 state 150W (600W peak)

My current receiver is the Yamaha HTR-5750 6.1 (105W / chan)

I will soon be upgrading out of my 56" Samsung 720P DLP to get either an LG or Samsung 55" LED (probably LG since fully backlit) In the process, i would also like to upgrade the receiver to an HDMI, 1080P compliant receiver

I was wondering if i should be looking for a receiver with closer to 150W per channel to properly run my F-3 towers. I do not want to run an external amp. The receiver i am looking at is RX-V765 Yamaha 7.2 (95W / chan) but not sure the wattage is sufficient. All reviews on it look great though and the price ($399) ain't bad either

Thanks for the help!!
