Resolved Question

What version of FCP is needed to work with JVC GY-HM100?

Aug 6, 2011 8:16PM PDT

I'm interested in the JVC GY-HM100, partly because it records to native QT/FCP format. Can any version of FCP can work with the JVC's data? If not, which one/s can?

or two for video file project work, making the external(s) the FCP scratch discs and removing the internal drive as a scratch disc will work, too.

What I find most folk to balk at.
Aug 7, 2011 12:51AM PDT

I find most balk at buying addons such as the full version of Quick Time or use of HANDBRAKE (that's free at least) to convert content as needed.

But I diverge here. If the seller or maker will not answer your question, don't buy from them.
