What Verizon FiOS service to choose?

Verizon FiOS is available in my area for:
$35/mo. for 5Mbps
$45/mo. for 15Mbps
$55/mo. for 30Mbps
Since I am not a superuser, can I get by with the 5Mbps and save some money? Or is the 15Mbps a better deal? Or, what the heck, just go with the 30 Mbps?

I have 3Mbps right now and rarely experience responses that I consider too slow. Just occasional slow video.

What do y'all think?
