Question

What type of new TV

May 14, 2016 6:22PM PDT

Hi, I am realizing I may need to get a new TV soon. I still have an analog. When I was looking online and reading articles here, my head was spinning. All I need is a good basic TV, nothing fancy.. no wifi, etc. Is there such a thing as a basic TV these days that does not cost a lot? Thank you for your help.

Thanks.. I would like to spend maybe up to $200 or so for a 27".. I meant to add that I have cable because my area gets very few stations if you do not have it.

There were none at 28 inches at that price.

So I used this search and found fewer models at a big retailer.

Try http://www.walmart.com/browse/electronics/all-tvs/3944_1060825_447913?cat_id=3944_1060825_447913&facet=price:$150%20-%20$200||tv_screen_size_range_new:30%22%20-%2039%22||resolution:1080p

Of that list I'd look at the Sanyo model http://www.walmart.com/browse/electronics/all-tvs/3944_1060825_447913?cat_id=3944_1060825_447913&facet=price:$150%20-%20$200||tv_screen_size_range_new:30%22%20-%2039%22||resolution:1080p

Remember that's a low budget but for me, that's my pick. Yes folk will dis the sound but that's common with all TVs today.
