What type of graphic card slot do i have?

My motherboard or current processor (idk) is intel(r) core(tm)2 i5-2300 CPU @ 2.8 gHZ.

The graphics card i want to install is the EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti Superclock w/G-SYNC Support 2GB GDDR5 128bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, HDMI, DP 1.2 Graphics Card (02G-P4-3753-KR).

can i install my evga card in my desktop?

Unfortunately, you don't tell maker and model of your motherboard, only of the CPU that's mounted on it.
So nobody can tell, since CPU's don't have slots (only motherboards have).

Another limiting factor might be the PSU. Some cards need more power than offered by your current PSU. But you didn't tell about that either.

I'd look inside for many reasons.

1. We don't know if the card will mechanically fit. That is, small cases may not take this card.

2. POWER SUPPLY. No software to date reads the Power Supply make, model or rating. We must use our eyeballs.

3. POWER SUPPLY connections. Many cards need a power connection, no software tells us if there is that cable.

Is there a make and model of this desktop?
Perhaps a sticker on the back of the machine.
Perhaps a hint in the user manual.....that thing that comes with the machine and no one reads.
