What to upgrade?

I want an upgrade but i dont which is gonna be more worth.
The options are:
-Change the cpu (i7-4770S 5 years old) and also mobo and ram.
-Change the Gpu ( gtx 970 2 years old)
Which is more worth?

The CPU should be fine with almost any game today. Give it 16GB ram (dual channel) and done.

The HDD's need to move to SSD.

The GPU is fine on most games at 1080p.
