Question

What to do while my OALE mobile phone can't get signal in In

by bellaxie2016 / October 10, 2017 1:41 AM PDT

My phone, OALE X1, which bought it from Dubai. It works well while in Dubai. But when get back to India, and change to India SIM card. The phone can't get the signal. Someone said there is one country code, which can crake. Someone said that I can change the original IMEI number to the local India IMEI number. But I have no idea both of that. What's wrong? How to do?

Does it work in India with the original SIM-card from Dubai? Should work, if the hardware accepts the frequency used in India, like it should work for any Dubai tourist or business man visiting the country.

The radios are not the same between the phones. Sometimes I get lucky and find the radio information in gsmarena specs on the phones.

Did you compare the radio sections at gsmarena? (Hint: A little work for you and a great way to learn about this area.)

Then you'll have to refer to the user manual or the technical data on the makers site (oale.cc, they even have a support and contact us link) to see what signals it can receive. Compare those with the signals used by your provider in India.

As Kees noted.

You'll have to do this the hard way. But the clue is there. I have to leave the work to you since I didn't find it either. At least it's a known area (the problem, not your phones.)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
