What the heck just happened to my gaming headset

So this just happen to my headset,i was messing around with my mic settings and my sound settings and then after that i couldn't hear any sound but when i plug the headset into my phone i could hear no sound and i tryed it with 2 different types of phones and still no sound plz help me
