What Tablet has the best battery? Study shows its the iPad

Feb 12, 2014 10:03PM PST

A new study done by Which.co.uk shows that Apple's iPad Air has the best battery life beating all other tablets currently on the market.
It even beat the Galaxy Note 10 2014 edition by lasting 3 hours longer.

<span>What do you think of the battery life of your current tablet? I have the iPad Air and previously had the iPad 2 and honestly, i have seen a huge improvement over battery life.

I have to say I'm delighted with this tablet. I charged the battery to 100%, then ran it for 4 hours straight, and still had 75% left. I switched between Chrome browser, Google play store, email, spider solitaire, settings, and live TV (via Comcast Xfinity). The battery seemed to drain between 7 & 8% per hour for everything except live TV. With live TV it was more like 20% per hour. I was afraid that because it has a quad processor and 1080P graphics it might be power hungry, but the fact that it has a 7" screen helps I'm sure. I gather that most of the above listings are for larger displays. I chose the 7" because I already have a 15" laptop, and I like the portability of the smaller display.
I haven't tried bluetooth yet, but I have to say I'm delighted with this tablet. It's so much faster than two other tablets I've tried (an original Kindle Fire and a cheap Azpen), and everything just seems to work well with it so far.
