You wrote PC Technician which would be about hardware. They might look at hard drive diagnostics and ram testers but such things are only called upon in response to an issue.

In other words I never give a tech a pile of software without reason.

A laptop for downloading drivers and to check internet connections when the computer that needs work on is not getting on the internet. Also good for checking for answers on the internet.
