Clarification Request
Dual 1080 Ti !?!?!?!?

I guess you are attempting to get into UHD 4K gaming so that will get you 40 to 60 FPS on the usual UHD 4K monitor.

I'm finding folk that try this get really bummed and burned out about that. I really suggest looking at a single 1080 Ti then the 2K gaming monitors. Much better results and great pixels.

As to the PSU I think you are shopping the 1000 Watt PSUs in that rig due to the dual 1080's.

Actually, I'd rather get a 244hz monitor than a 4k 60hz monitor. I want that smoothness in gaming then the jitteriness in a 60hz monitor. I honestly dont care much for 4k i just want better mobility.

I bet you'll be upset later.

For example the new Fallout 76 will royally mess up on game physics if you do that. That's in the news along with other games that for various reasons don't deliver much over 100 FPS no matter what gear you have.

Even with 144Hz I heard a gamer complaining as they panned around with the usual 1080 Ti. If you want perfection here, we either have to pull back here or there, push forward in certain areas but hey, your money to rediscover all this.

Psu
Nov 9, 2018 8:58AM PST

The psu you picked should be fine.

Psu sizing.....[cpu power + gpu power] x 2.......single rail.

Suggestion.....start with a single gpu and test.
You can add another later if needed.

You have the wrong ram.
What you want is 2933.

Thanks for your help but also i was going to start with one gpu then a second if needed to run a game like ark at max settings. Also thanks for telling me i should have 2933 instead. I chose the wrong on on accident.
