Mine has many broken keys (due to water damage). I am wondering what is the best keyboard I can get for as cheap as possible 20$ - 40$ that has a good typing feel (RGB is nice but not required) and I'd prefer it be closer to 20$.

I'd look for keys in a keyboard.
A Logitech K120 is a common basic keyboard. I see it sold for euro 12,99 to euro 20,57 in webshops here (+ costs most often). However, to feel the typing feel, you'll need to visit a brick-and-mortar shop. You can't do that via the web.
I would go the shops and try them out. Prices were there as well. If you want to see what others are buying read the next link.

But that's for gamers, maybe cheaper?
