For me I don't keep such around. If your Kaspersky can't remove it, the malwaretips method is next.
If you are getting software from download.com, that may be where this comes from.

Delete Skip Add to exclusions"
Which of these choices should I use?
I do use that program but I could get a different one that does the same thing.
