Question

What should i do?

Jun 27, 2012 1:32PM PDT

I have a 2nd Generation XPS 17 bought last month Specs:
i7-2670QM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M 3GB With TV Tuner
1600x900 Touch panel
750 GB Drive
8 GB Ram
Bluetooth 3.0
$1500
The touchscreen crapped out on it. Dell no longer supports the touchscreens however they offered to replace it. The touchscreens are backordered. I really like the touchscreen for Windows 8 and the machine runs like a dream.
Should I send it back (Its 2 months old and I got an exception on the return policy) or get them to replace the touchscreen. It has had other issues too such as the usb board crapping out and the power cable is always coming loose.
Don't know what to do. Need some recommendations for similar machines if I send it back.

I was offered a refund, the only way i would reconsider is if i got the 3D system with the exact same specs. Since they were the same price when I ordered them, had i have know that the the touchscreens had so many issues i would have ordered the 3D Screen.

In any event, if you could work a miracle
