What's wrong with the larger sized digital music players?

Aug 11, 2005 5:27AM PDT

I was just reading over the cnet article on the top 5 best sounding players. All were 20 gig with one exception - a 30 gig ipod.

Are the 60 gig or larger sized players just mediocre
in their sound generation?

I've a flash player that works okay, for its size (currently 1.25 gig), but I'd like a "jukebox" type player with all my audio on it. Right now, that would take at least 40 gig, and given that music is still being recorded, I suspect a 60 or better would be better - unless someone knows a pocket player that allows one to add a usb drive to it...
