What's the VPN software available for iphones?

I just wanna hide my a$$ when I'm on some certain
IP-recording sites or when I need to use a foreign IP
on my phone in order to download something that is
not available to users with an American IP.
How can I this please?(Of course I've heard of
several softwares that able to do so, but never when it
comes to be smartphones)
