What program should I get for importing all site's files?

No, I don't mean an FTP program.

Are there any programs that import all the files from a website onto your hard drive? Frontpage used to be a program that did that, but since it's no longer available, I must find out if there are any alternatives. Thank you.

I am not sure what do you mean, but Macromedia Dreamweaver can import all files from your web-space and it must be done via FTP.
