Just look at their FAQ;

Given software was bought wholesale from the official brand providers: it is free from cover, record and transport expenses. You get copies from downloaded programs which have licensed versions, but you will get no printed copies, documentation (licenses or instructions) - just files and instructions in .txt format. This software is not registered online, although you can update the most of the articles

Copies from downloaded programs, no licences, no instructions, not registered, all of that tells us these are pirated versions.

I wouldn't touch this site with a barge pole.
