That's easy. Uninstalling a program that doesn't run doesn't have any influence on the performance of a PC. So, performancewise, it suffices to simply not run it. And that's up to you to decide on. What of these programs are you running directly from startup?

So your security software (like Kaspersky) doesn't run at start-up? That's not very smart.
And you run sound driver (realtek) manually when you want to listen to music. That's uncommon.

Or maybe your answer isn't fully correct?

That Singlesnet. Isn't the considered Malware?

And why are folk putting in more than one Security app?

-Kaspersky Internet Security 2012
-McAFee Security Scan Plus
-McAFee SecurityCenter
-Norton (anything.)

If you want to repeat those lessons, go right ahead.
