WINRAR will unpack the file and that is no problem. I think you have the same query as I do. The file, when unpacked with WINRAR, is an AVI type file but nothing will play it. The reason is that DVDRIP is a separate program for encoding video filoes and it uses different codecs to do the job. When I tried playing it with Windows Media Player, the messages at the bottom of the screen gave me the clue. It was saying things like ''searching for codecs'' and ''codecs not found''. The program DVDRIP is available to buy, I think. If you do a search on Google for DVDRIP it will take you to one of those annoying sites where you have to keep selecting different pages to get to the download only to find that you have to pay. If you get any further than I did please let me know.
