What player to buy for recording my voice lessons

Sep 27, 2005 9:59AM PDT

I recently started college for a music performance degree. I want to record my voice lessons and listen to them later when practicing on my own. I want to be able to listen to my songs without going to a computer first. I'd prefer like a 20gb player. I have all my music set up in Itunes now so if it worked with that, that would be great but not necessary. I don't know. I've been searching the internet all night and can't find all the information I want. Well, i'll continue on my search. Thanks in advance

if you're using it just for voice lessons...

then i'd suggest getting a digital voice recorder, which are available at places like radio shack.

iRiver products tend to have good recording, as do Creative.

For the best quality, get a Cowon and take advantage of the Line-In jack

I was calling up my friends who had mp3 players and one of them had Ipod with a griffin italk attachment and he convinced me its the way to go.
