Question

What phone without a notch and with a headphone jack?

My mom's Samsung S5 battery doesn't last long and overheats and with no way to replace the battery anymore I guess I'm stuck buying a new phone. I am going to give her mine and buy a new one for myself.

I see the new LG G7 and G8 as well as various other phones have ugly "notches" in the front because of some kind of front facing camera. The first thing I do when I get my phone is stick black tape on top of the camera and have never/will never use it. So I would obviously prefer a phone without this.

When I'm traveling I like to put audio on the phone and listen and already have expensive headphones so I would like a headphone jack.

I like the size of the G6 more than the smaller Galaxy S5 so would like a phone of a similar size. Aside from that I just need it to check my email, make phone calls, and take the occasional picture or look at the occasional website/pdf. No games or anything like that. Anything better than buying another G6?
