Question

What pc software package allows one to schedule recording?

Apr 5, 2012 4:12AM PDT

Most packages I have seen come with "start" and "stop" buttons that require your presence at the computer. To be able to schedule start and stop times would seem to be a useful feature, but I have found it hard to determine whether which package supports such a feature?

All I could think of

is Surveillance Camera software, so I started a Google search for Surveillance Camera software scheduled recording.

I've got a few hits, of which below are two;

http://www.ispyconnect.com/ - Features "Record on Schedule"

http://www.simplehelp.net/2006/09/27/how-to-use-your-pc-and-webcam-as-a-motion-detecting-and-recording-security-camera/ - "how-to-use-your-pc-and-webcam-as-a-motion-detecting-and-recording-security-camera"

They might help you get started but I recommend you Google that term yourself and see what other options are available.

I hope that helps.

Mark
