Today there are 3 predominant OSes.

2 of them have similar heritage and underpinnings. But rather than list them was there something particular that ran on such an OS that you want?

FreeBSD, NetBSD,OpenBSD, Red Hat Linux, Ubuntu, Mac System 9, Mac OS X, GeekOS, MINIX, XINU, Unix, 386BSD, BlueBottle, BSDI, BSD/OS, SCO, SkyOS, SyllableOS, BeOS, Darwin/x86, NewOS, NExtOS, Nextstep, Openstep, Plan 9.
