What one can do to make android phone work faster?

Phone is Galaxy ace 2 x and the name of the model is - GT-S7560M. The problem occurring is sometimes the phone becomes very slow while we are operating it so any advises to fix this problem.

Web pages loading, apps not closing or responding, etc?

First step is to verify all unnecessary apps running in background are closed.

It was the apps he installed. We went to no installed apps, it was fine, then we installed the apps he really used. Then as we installed one of the apps the performance tanked. So that's a bad app. We think it's AD SUPPORTED so that means it was downloading advertising and slowing it all down.

......delete any installed apps you don't use and turn off Bluetooth/Wifi when not in use.
