First, bokeh is merely the quality of the out-of-focus elements in an image with a shallow depth of field. Second, achieving a shallow depth of field is dependent on the things: focal length, aperture, and distance to the subject. As for fisheye lenses, those are a type of very wide angle lens; most wide angle lenses are not fisheyes.

And question number 2 is a wide angle lens the same as a fisheye lens?
