What laptop should I buy for digital art

So I'm looking for a robust and lasting 2IN1 laptop (not a detachable), a window os with 16GB of RAM (because I love opening hundreds of tabs and painting the with hundreds of layers), 500GB SSD storage, a 7th or 8th generation intel core i5 processor, a full hd touch screen (12',13' or 14') with fair specs and pen support, and a decent graphic card (just enough to run photoshop and illustrator), it would be perfect if it's light weight and has good battery life for outdoor use. I want to use it for drawing, photo editing, watching movies and browsing the net. I was hoping you can help me find the less expensive option that fits my needs.

That list

I tried the 5 models there and 2 were no longer available, the prices were from 800USD to over 2,000USD and well, some were the Surface and no mention of the artist favorite I know of in the Cintiq line.
