what kind of games will I be able to play with this?

I can tell you that when it comes to online games, lag times have nothing to do with how powerful the computer is, it has to do with the speed at which data travels across the Internet from your system to the game server, and then back again. Huge numbers of variables can come into play to affect this, so someone with an absolute top of the line system could experience far worse lag than a person who barely meets the minimum requirements.

Also, I'd be VERY careful about buying anything over $100 on eBay... Or whatever amount of money you can afford to lose if the item never shows up, or its defective, or anything like that.

I didn't see any mention of a graphics card on that listing, so that probably means that you have on-board graphics. If that's the case, than you won't be able to play WoW, especially Oblivion.

If you were to drop a couple of hundred dollars into a new graphics card, then you will be able to play most anything that you want, if you consider how good of a GFX card you get, and what detail level you will play the games on.

But keep in mind that if you get a power hungry GFX card, then you might need to upgrade that PSU.

now all I need is to purchase a reasonable G card.
I was on a tight budget anyways.
