What kind of Equipment do I need ?

Ok Here is the deal guys ,i am looking to soup up my computer a little bit while saving some money.

I have a Dell Demension 8300 Series, Intel pent. 4 proc. at 3.0 HZ
-512MB DDR SDRAM
128 mb DDDR Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 graphics card
everything else is standard and for this conversation I have a 300GB externial harddrive.

Now that you guys know what I have here is what I want to be able to do...ya ready ?

Main Needs
-Duel Moniter output ( I want to work on two screens same CPU )
-I want movies to be clear and look decent --> Nice ( nothing SPECIAL needed)
-Bits and pieces of video and media editing ( all video will be MINISCULE...I have FCP on my mac)
-if cost effective I would LOVE TV tuner on my comp.
- listen to music...haha

BASICALLY I would like two monitors / TV tuner ...what should I get ?

Now I already went out and splurged a little bit on a card. I bought the ATI Radeon 9950 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00062N5AY/ref=pd_sbs_e_2/103-9985098-8018238?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=172282)

One easy way would have to buy

a video card with two outputs, also decide in advance if you want one DVI and one Analog or Two analog or two DVI. You can probably accomplish it using your onboard chip and the plug in card.

The link is for a 9550, I've been searching for a 9950. The 9550 has both an analog and digital output, plus a digital to analog adapter, thus your two monitor solution is on hand with either two analog or one analor and one DVI.
