You SELL!, SELL!, SELL!
Basically that easy money from the Federal Reserve has financed companies buying back their own stock at ever inflated prices, driving the false stock market rally it's experienced for the past 8 years. Seems that's about to end. When that happens the stock prices will become unsupported and the market will crash. All the money wasted in stock buy backs by these companies will simply be gone, vanished like smoke in the air, but the debt they owe will remain.
Why have they done this? Falling revenues which would have meant falling earnings per share, but if you can remove shares from circulation, then your earnings can look the same or even better, all while revenues continue to drop, due to fewer product sales, due to shrinking business environment, etc.
