Turns out they knew that my phone was among a batch that could not use their web system and "were working on it." So I had to call their support to activate and refill until it was fixed.
I know some folk want everything to work on the web but reality differs.
I am trying to renew my Net10 home phone service, yet the mainframes will neither accept my codes, NOR will they allow me entry, to the site, period.
How do I re-establish, and pay for, service, when the computers, at Net10 WONT let me in?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
