The only google hit for that (rahter strange) message is http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-security/does-defender-have-a-workability-alert/94274f3b-2201-4d8d-953e-7218c3cd3e58 and it doesn't really help.

Try one of the following:
- disable windows defender (assuming that's the program that gives the message): http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-disable-or-enable-windows-defender-in-windows-8-1/ tells how to do it in Windows 8.1 (you didn't tell your OS, so this might be inapplicable)
- uninstall that video downloader

Keep in mind that the error message you're getting could very well mean that you have some kind of malware problem. Malware that disabled Windows Defender, but didn't squelch the alerts that pop up to warn you that something might be wrong because the program isn't working.

Windows Defender might be just this side of worthless, but it can function as a decent coal mine canary; alerting you to potential problems by its demise.
