What is the function of these two

setuperr.log and setupact.log what are the functions of these two files and what is the differences between them?

Almost anything can log to those files.

I wonder if you were thinking that a file, by virtue of its name would only be used for this or that logging.

You can google those filenames to see what folk think they can be used for, you can open them with Notepad to see what's inside but for most, you can delete them.

Also, it depends on the folder they are in. If they are in Program Files\XYZ, they most likely are related to the programs in those XYZ folder. But you didn't tell that essential part of your question.
