What is the best web server software for Mac OS

I have two Mac Minis and I'd like to turn them into web servers

Best could be "simple" to some and for others, a wide range of options. There is no best.

It's like a tool. Sometimes a hammer, other times a lug wrench.

In your case, if you can't tell which is best, the best is the one you can install and use.

I have static IPS and very fast up and down speed cable connection.
I would like to host about 10 sites and
have my DNS and mail service running on them too

why not some linux server?

Ubuntu comes with server software and you can sandbox it in a virtual system if you want, so less chance of having your Mac hacked. Free,.
