What is the best strategy for an Online HR Agency?

I run an online HR agency that offers Virtual Assistance services to businesses and I've done the ff: social media marketing ( FB, Twitter, Pinterest, and IG) blogs, and even ads. May I know some more tips? Thank you so much

3 dollars a hour?

If this is someone's wages, I'm surprised you get any takers in this country (USA.)

If this is a computer or virtual assistant that sounds very overpriced.

I'd tackle that issue first.

Hello!

$3 per hour minimum is the salary for the virtual assistants in the Philippines. We have many virtual assistants who already signed up to our website. Thanks

And it's an immediate turn off

For most in the USA. Being the lowest cost provider is IMO, not the space to operate.
