What is the Best Cell phon on market witht the best price

I have been getting hit with overage charges for tmboile and its a reall pain. Every Month my phone cell phone is coming to 80.00 - they dont tell you about hidden charges . What I am debating is getting the perfect phone with the best plan. Cingular has some atractive features
mobile to mobile free, unlimited nights and weekends and 900 any time mins - Best Buy is offering a deal for Razor for $99 for 2 year contract. However, Sprint is offereing
great plans since they merged with Nextel. Flexibility when to start unlimited nights and weekends. a blue tooth PHone for $69.00

My Question is - how can one get the best phones
how would that work out for the Best Plans need some indepenent thinkers - Consumer report or indepenedent evaluation on what is the best plans in New YORK.
