Per subject question. I consider the answer from Google to be a first answer. After that, we dive into what you don't understand about the answer. Start with http://www.google.com/search?&q=WHAT+IS+SPREAD+SPECTRUM Toss it into a PC and its a setting that helps a PC pass emissions testing.

The second question is that most PC Hardware doesn't require a text body, but this forum software is very odd and you should not complain here, but in the Forum Feedback Forum.

The forum software seems to get upset if there is no text in the msg.

Most folks just enter a period (.) or something
