I need more information about SaaS?

think of software, we think of something we can download, install and use, however SaaS (Software as a Service) is software that runs somewhere in the cloud, meaning you don't need anything except for a web browser (depending on the Saas, of course) to use the service. Also, all the data you generate using the software is stored in the cloud as well.

You can implement your own mail-server on your own hardware and use that for your mail.
Or you can use google-software on google servers to run your mail. That's SaaS.

saas stands for software as a service. it is delivery model of software that instead of selling software to the user permanently against a fixed payment, user is given access to the software against a rent.
