What is OTT Strategy?

OTT stands for Over the Top and it is a process of delivering media to the customer directly or we can say over the internet bypassing other traditional distributions like telecommunication, multichannel television etc. It basically disrupts traditional billing strategy. For example Netflix, Hulu etc.
