Question

What is my problem?

When I try to open my first email, I get a box with the label
*******************************************************************
"CRITICAL"

An error occurred while initializing the zimlet
"Comcast_search"

Please notify administrator.

At th bottom is a box to send an error --a click on this seems to do nothing
Another box say to give details---a click on this gives a blank box with the same above message
Another box says OK--clicking on this deletes the box and clears the screen so that I'm looking at my email and everything seems to be okay, until I open my email the next time. BTW, there is no administrator

You didn't reveal a very much needed detail so the first problem is what email app is this.

If it's one of the usual, you should try it without the comcast supplied add on.
