Hello, can anyone tell me what is the most requested service a cell phone Tech can provide please? Is it "unlocking" or phone repair or other?

I am not getting good reception. My voicemail is not working properly. I don't know how to change this setting on my phone.

All of these questions can be answered by the cell phone company I would think, so basically for a private tech, not much can be offered except maybe for hardware repairs for phones which are out of warranty?

......as a former CS rep it was for billing questions.

How much is my bill? What is this charge? I want to make a payment? Can I make a payment arrangement?

These were some of the most common questions.
