TV is less than 4 years old and the dots just kept multiplying? What is my recourse of repair from Samsung. This seems like a prevalent issue from all I've read online. Can someone help me where to call to get a complain with Samsung registered hoping to get a local technician to help. My Unit is SN: AHDY3CKPA06623V

Hi nolicamba,
Very sorry that you're experiencing this problem. I'll say the same thing to you as I did to shawnhg in the thread that Bob referenced: I strongly encourage you to contact us on one of our social media channels to arrange for service. Thanks to all that responded. I called 1 800 samsung and registered my problem with the white spot. They confirmed that my model is one of those having this problem. I obtained a transaction number for tracking. First attemp to assign a local technician did not work but throught the Nat Svcs Ctr they were able to find another technician. They ordered and shipped the DMV chip to the tech and in less than a week, they replaced the dmv chip in my TV and all the white spots are gone. No charge. Excellent Customer Support from Samsung. I am a happy customer
