That's Windows 10.

It makes sense that the newest Windows

is the safest. Mainly because attacks that hit older Windows versions are known about. It's like the way you learn as the older you are the more experienced. A new virus in 2016 wasn't know about in 2006 and every thing between 2006 and now are know about and can be blocked.
