What is best for everyday WorkStation?

Hello Guys!

So, i'm coming across a big tech comfort decision about how I should use my available technology.

I currently own a 12.5 inch Lenovo x240 for work, and getting in a new open space office, wich is great. Most of my day is done on a computer, can be trading, following up with clients, reading reports, etc.

I have been using my laptop only for a couple weeks, and typing on it is amazing, and get the job done.

With lenovo you have some docks available and i'm wondering, wich of my 2 options is better in terms of comfort, and preserving my laptop for a long time:
Option 1 - Laptop alone
Use my laptop with no extra support, simply the laptop itself

Option 2 - Dual 19'' monitors w/ Lenovo dock
2 19'' hooked to the dock

What do you think I should do, in terms of best comfort for a everyday use? Wich one is best?
