What is an ogre exception & how do I get rid of it?

I recently bought a game, downloaded it, but when I try to play it, I get an ogre exception(7 internet error exception could not load dynamic library. RenderSystem_Direct 3D9
system error: specified module could not be found
In DynLib::load at ::\OgreDynLib.cpp/line g
I use Windows 7 Premium Home Edition, 64 bit, & Firefox is my browser.

I contacted the company I bought it from, & they didn't even offer any solutions, just gave me a coupon to get a different game. I had never seen this error before, & don't want to get it again! LOL!

I went to that link you gave me, & it's about as clear as mud. I DID find the ogrecfg file they were talking about, but when I tried opening it, I get the message that Windows can't open it. So I have no idea what's in there. Thanks for trying though.

A quick look.

Finds what looks like a text file. Try running notepad and use it's file open to open it.

However such work can be muddy or messy. That is, you might have to have a tech come over to do the work.
