I recently just moved over from windows to a mac and I am trying to export some dvd projects from my windows machine to my Mac machine because the new mac machine has a DVD burned.
When I exported the dvd projects as .ISO files for disk mounting I found that I have an accompanying .mds file which I have no idea what it is. The total folder size comes out to be something like 5.6 GB, which is much larger then what can fit on a DVD, so what exactly is this .mds file?
Do I need it?
Also, on a side note. I am pretty new to the mac and have not done and DVD "things" with it. I know mac operates with .img files for disk images. Can I burn my DVD project on the mac with a .iso file using disc Utility or something?
