What is a good note taking software for a Macbook?

Aug 10, 2012 2:47AM PDT

Hello friends,

I am looking for a good note taking software other than Microsoft Word to take notes on. I want to be able to manage notes for different classes with this program. Any suggestion would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Tony

And put my notes in folders for each class. Are you thinking that the apps need to support more than folders or rather offer a way to organize your files for you?

Pages

If you have a recent macbook with the App store I would recommend Pages. It is $20. I have used it and it works well. I would recommend making a school folder. Then add inside that folder other folders for each subject. If you need to add folders under a subject in chapters or sections.
