What Have You Done?

Jan 13, 2015 11:22AM PST

When looking for answers to your problems, ask youself the following:

1. Have I checked my paper manual.
2. Have I checked the Samsung site from my country for the answer, extra manual downloads, or updated firmware/software.
3. For TV's, have I checked the built in manual.
4. Have I checked this website, or others for answers given to my same issue.
5. Have I contacted my countries Samsung Customer Service.

If you have done all of this, post away. If you have some of these steps left, remember that people like to help those who have tried to help themselves.

When making your post, use your models full number, ie. UN46ES8000F, country, problem, and what steps you have taken.

If your product is "new", and has had a major failure, or does not do what you have been told it could do, or want it to do. Just save everyone, youself included, some time and return it to the store it came from.
