What Has happened to the glue on envelope flaps????

Mar 8, 2004 4:06AM PST

Have noticed that it is getting shorter and shorter permitting the flaps to curl at the edges. Imagine this is to make opening easier for the recipient, particularly if it is mechanized. But it also makes it easier for anyone else to open. At this point in time it has gotten so bad that I find that tape is required to seal the envelopes.

The question is not whether this is a liberal or conservative plot but whether others are annoyed by this practice also?

Hi DaveK,

We're just waiting for a closing date, they think it'll be the week of March 15th. Getting close now! I'm real excited now to get going, but not looking forward to the actual move.

It's been a strange few weeks, with the house sale, putting my dog down, and now yesterday my son was attacked by a Siberian Husky while he was working...got 9 or 10 ripping puncture wounds on his hand. We're waiting to hear whether the dog was up to date on his shots.

I'm about to go bonkers! (Short trip Wink )

I hope the kid doesn't have to get the Rabies shots.

At least it is a known dog and not a stray that can't be found later. How old is the child?

Good news, the dog was up to date with the shots!

Hi James,

He's 19, and according to the police, who checked with the dog's vet, the dog is all up to date on it's vaccinations, so Ben won't have to go through the rabies series, thank God!
