You are getting into the 50 year old question.
"Which is best Nikon or Canon

It depends upon who you want to believe, and if the testing is realistic (real world).
Any test can be flavored to favor one model/brand of camera.

Some tests I have seen will give a DSLR camera a certain rating and does not consider what lens is being used.
That type of testing is unreliable.

So which is better, Canon or Nikon?
The Canon owners will say Canon.
The Nikon owners will say Nikon.

That tells me that they are both excellent cameras.

What really makes the difference is the ability of the person holding the camera.

What Camera should i get


Canon t3i or nikon d7000

is the d7000 worth it... do they result out with the same picture quality?

The image quality will look essentially the same unless you look at the photos at extreme close-up. The bigger reasons to get the D7000 over the T3i are for the more robust build quality, the more physical controls, the more sophisticated auto-focus system, and the faster shooting performance.
